Qi Shi (Commencing Form)
Essentials: stand straightly in chasse; hands fall down naturally on both sides; eye to the front (see figure 1).
1. Shuang Shou He Shi (put palms together)
Essentials: take a left step; whirl hands from both sides of the body to the top of the head and then fall down in front of the chest; eye to the front (see figure 2)
Mistake: the hands are inconsistent with each other.
Correction: the both hands shall cooperate harmoniously.

2. Liang Bi Qian Tui (push arms forward)
Essentials: maintain the position of the legs; move hands from both sides in arc and push forward; eye to the front (see figure 3)
Mistake: the strength for palm push is not enough.
Correction: the palm pushing should be fast and forceful.
3. Gong Bu Ge Dang (blocking in bow step)
Essentials: turn the body right for 90 degrees; bend the right arm and shock the foot for blocking; take a step by the right foot to be the bow step; withdraw the left palm to the waist; eye to the right hand (see figure 4).
Mistake: the bow step is not made in place
Correction: squat the right leg for 90 degrees; keep the left leg straight with tiptoes holding inward and the sole paste to the ground.
4. Ding Bu Suo Shen (withdraw the body in T-shape step)
Essentials: withdraw the right foot to the left foot to be the T-shape step; place the right fist to the right side of the chest; turn the right hand into tight claw shape and close to left leg side; eye to the left (see figure 5).
Mistake: the actions are consistent.
Correction: practice more to make the actions consistent as a whole.
5. Gong Bu Chong Quan (punch in bow step)
Essentials: turn the body left for 90 degrees; take a forward step by the left foot to be the left bow step; punch the right fist and withdraw the left fist to the waist side; eye to the front (see figure 6).
Mistake: the bow step is not made in place.
Correction: squat the left leg for 90 degrees; keep the left leg straight with tiptoes holding inward and the sole paste to the ground.
6. Xie Bu Beng Quan (inch punch in seated step)
Essentials: take a step by the right leg to be the seated step; turn the body right slightly; carry out the inch punch downward in inclined form; hold the left hand to the waist; eye to the right fist (see figure 7).
Mistake: the elbow is not pressed when holding the fist.
Correction: when holding left fist to the waist, the left arm shall press the elbow.
7. Ma Bu Ge Dang (blocking in seated position)
Essentials: take a left step by the left foot to be the seated position; block downward and then upward by the left hand; withdraw the right fist to the waist; eye to the right fist (see figure 8).
Mistake: the seated position is not made in place.
Correction: squat both legs for 90 degrees with tiptoe forward.
8. Bing Bu Za Quan (fist smash in chasse)
Essentials: turn the body right; bend both legs slightly and shake the left foot; raise the right fist and smash to the left palm; eye to the front (see figure 9).
Mistake: the strength for fist smashing is not enough.
Correction: the fist smashing should be quick and forceful.
9. Gong Bu Chong Quan (punch in bow step)
Essentials: take a forward step by the right foot, whirl the right palm and clench the fist and punch forward; take a step by the left foot whirl the left palm and clench the fist and punch forward; turn the body right; raise the right hand to the top of the head, change to the right bow step and punch the left fist, eye to the left fist (see figure 10).
Mistake: the bow step is not made in place.
Correction: squat the right leg for 90 degrees; keep the left leg straight with tiptoes holding inward and the sole paste to the ground.
10. Ding Zi Bu Xia Chong Quan (downward punching in T-shape step)
Essentials: turn the body left for 90 degrees; move the left hand from right to left in arc to the side of the right shoulder; punch the right fist from up to down; take a forward step by the right foot and squat to T-shape step; eye to the right side (see figure 11).
Mistake: the actions are inconsistent.
Correction: practice more for the consistence of actions.
11. Gong Bu Chong Quan (punch in bow step)
Essentials: take a forward step by the left foot to be the left bow step; withdraw the left hand to the waist; punch the right fist forward; eye to the right fist (see figure 12).
Mistake: the bow step is not made in place.
Correction: squat the left leg for 90 degrees; keep the right leg straight with tiptoes holding inward and the sole paste to the ground.
12. Xie Bu Beng Quan (inch punch in seated step)
Essentials: withdraw left leg to be the seated step; carry out the inch punch by the right fist downward in inclined form; hold the left hand to the waist; eye to the right fist (see figure 13).
Mistake: the inch punch is slow.
Mistake: the inch punch should be quick and forceful.
13. Ma Bu Ge Dang (blocking in seated position)
Essentials: take a left step by the left foot to be the seated position; block downward and then upward by the left hand; withdraw the right fist to the waist; eye to the right fist (see figure 14).
Mistake: the seated position is not made in place.
Correction: squat both legs to be level with tiptoe forward.
14. Tan Tui Ge Dang (spring horizontal block)
Essentials: stand straightly; lift up the right knee to spring forward and land in seated position; block downward and then upward by the right hand; withdraw the left fist to the waist; eye to the right side (see figure 15).
Mistake: the strength for springing is not enough and the seated position is not made to the place.
Correction: squat both legs for 90 degrees with tiptoe forward.
15. Ding Zhi Bu Suo Shen (withdraw the body in T-shape step)
Essentials: turn the body left for 90 degrees; withdraw the right foot to be the T-shape step; place the right fist to the chest; punch downward; place the left hand to the right side of the right side of the chest; eye to the left (see figure 16).
Mistake: the punching actions in T-shape step are consistent.
Correction: practice more by decomposing the styles to make the actions consistent as a whole.
16. Gong Bu Ding Zhou (elbow strike in bow step)
Essentials: turn the body right for 90 degrees; take a forward step to be the seated position; hold up the left hand and take a step by the right leg to be the bow step; strike the right elbow forward; hold the left fist at the waist; eye to the front (see figure 17).
Mistake: the strength for elbow striking is not enough.
Correction: the elbow striking should be quick and forceful in cooperation with the bow step.
17. Gong Bu Za Zhou (elbow smash in bow step)
Essentials: turn the body left for 90 degrees; keep the legs in bow step; smash the left elbow downward; hold the right fist to the waist; eye to the front (see figure 18).
Mistake: the strength for elbow smash is not enough.
Correction: the elbow smash should be quick and forceful.
18. Gong Bu Beng Quan (inch punch in bow step)
Essentials: turn the body right for 90 degrees; withdraw the right foot and step to be the bow step; carry out the inch punch by the right fist downward in inclined form; eye to the right fist (see figure 19).
Mistake: the inch punch and the bow step are not made to the right place.
Correction: squat the right leg for 90 degrees; keep the left leg straight with tiptoes holding inward and the sole paste to the ground; forceful fist shooting.
19. Gong Bu Ya Zhou (elbow press in bow step)
Essentials: turn the body left; take a forward step by the left foot to be the left bow step; withdraw the right fist to the waist; bend the left elbow and press the elbow from up to down; eye to the front (see figure 20).
Mistake: the elbow pressing in bow step is not made to the right place.
Correction: squat the left leg for 90 degrees; keep the right leg straight with tiptoes holding inward and the sole paste to the ground; use the strength of the waist for pressing the elbow.
20. Ma Bu Shang Jia (erect in seated position)
Essentials: take a heavy forward step by the right foot; shake the feet; turn the body left for 90 degrees; step the left foot to be seated position; erect the right fist from the chest to be above the head; place the left hand on the left leg; eye to the left (see figure 21)
Mistake: the erecting in seated position is unharmonious.
Correction: fulfill the seated position and the erecting simultaneously.
Shou Shi (Closing Form)
Essentials: turn the body right; withdraw feet and chasse straightly; hit hands above the head loudly and move to the both sides of the body in arc to the waist; eye to the left front (see figure 22).
