Fu Biao, whose courtesy name is Xingzhong, has a master degree and is originally from Kaixian County, Chongqing. Fu is one of the Ten Outstanding Youths in China`s Reform, the United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, in the meantime, he is, the Thai-Chinese Friendship Envoy, the Chairman of China Chamber of Commerce for International Cooperation in Private Economy, the Vice Chairman of the 9th and the 10th Chinese Wushu Association, the president of International Kungfu Federation(IKFF),the Chairman of and CEO of International Kung Fu Cooperation, of which subsidiaries are Global Financial Company, Global Television Channel,Global Kung Fu Net, Global Starting-up Net, the journal Global Kung Fu, main campus and the first branch of Beijing Shaolin Wushu School, Shanghai Songjiang Shangwen Wushu Professional School, Shandong Huantai Oriental Shaolin Wenwu schools and dozens of other Martial Arts schools as well as overseas campuses in the United States, Russia, the U.K., Malaysia and Thailand etc..
Fu Biao is passionately interested in social affairs ,and he has served as a member of Beijing Youth Federation, the president of Beijing Kangda(Military and Political Academy of Chinese People`s Anti-Japanese) Glorious Tradition Research Association,the vice president of Beijing Wushu Association,, the Chairman of Beijing Vocational Education and Sports Association, a member of CPPCC of Changping District and the vice president of Changping Youth Federation.

Fu Biao has been awarded the 5th China Reform Top Hundred Outstanding Figures, the 6th China Reform Top Ten Outstanding Figures, the 5th China Times Top Ten Influential People, Thirty Years and Thirty People - the Stars of Reformation - the Pioneers Influencing China Reform, the 8th China Reform Top Ten Innovative Figures, Harmonious China - 2009 Top Ten Influential People, the 6th Beijing Top Ten Outstanding Youth Nomination Award and many other awards and honors. He is the editor-in-chief of a series of textbooks of Beijing Shaolin Wushu School, Wushu Kungfu published by the press of People`s Daily.

It was Fu Biao who planned,organized and held the Beijing International Martial Arts Cultural Exchange Conference. With the strong support from Chinese Wushu Association, Beijing Sports Bureau,Changping District Government and such, Five consecutive Wushu Exchange Conferences were successfully held in Beijing. The 6th Wushu Exchange Conference was successfully held in Moscow, the 7th in New York and the 8th in Phuket of Thailand,both achieved great success and triggered great response in the international community with the support of the local government.

Fu Biao, a knowledgeable person, was born in a scholarly family. He has the same love of writing poems and calligraphy that he did when he was young. Perhaps because of his advanced martial arts skills, his poetry and calligraphy are always showing a sense of majesty, virility, making him worthy of a remarkable person in both fields of civil and military. The awards of Fu`s calligraphy works include: Gold award, youth group of The Fourth Golden Age China Cup Chinese Art and Calligraphy Competition, awarded title of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Elite, first prize of The 5th Hong Kong International Martial Arts Festival “ Return Cup ” Calligraphy and Painting Competition. His calligraphy works “ Wu - 武 ” and “ Shen - 神” were collected by the Collection of Works Handed down in Chinese Calligraphy from the Past and Contemporary Times. The word “ Wu - 武 ” was also published in People`s Daily. Many Kung Fu movies, Martial Arts schools , competitions and costumes as well as Martial Arts weapons popularly used Fu Biao`s Calligraphy - Wu武. The first thing you see is Fu Biao`s calligraphy work “武” when you open Sogou Engine or Baidu to search for Wu. Besides, Fu Biao`s lyrics “ Man Jiang Hong - Red Sun Rising in the East” to celebrate the 16th NCCPC were published in People`s Daily. In 2001, Fu Biao wrote the lyrics for the Olympic Games upon the successful bid for the 29th Beijing Summer Olympic Games, and this has enjoyed popularity from the 2001 to the closing and opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic Games.
